Ronseal Stays White Non Drip One Coat Paint is a water based interior wood paint that makes fiddly jobs easier. It’s non-drip formulation is ideal for quick jobs and tricky surfaces, such as vertical spindles and hard to reach spaces. It’s also quick drying and will stay white for 10 years.

Preparation

Always ensure the sure is clean and free from any contaminates that may effect adhesion

• Lightly sand with a 120 grit sandpaper, working in the direction of the grain.
• If your paintwork is in bad condition and is cracked or peeling sand back to the barewood to provide a smooth surface.
• Wipe with white spirit and a cloth to clean grease, dirt and dust.
• If there are any cracks or holes fill them with an appropriate wood filler.
• If you spot any knots that will ruin your paint job, use a knot blocker to stop them darkening.

Application

Before applying test a small area to ensure you are happy with colour and adhesion.

• Paint does not require stirring.
• Use a synthetic brush and apply a generous coating, painting in the direction of the woodgrain.
• Allow to dry for 2 hours.

Note: Always follow the manufacturer instructions found on the tin.

Aftercare & Storage

Once the paint is dry, you can clean as normal without worrying about damaging the paint.

If your paint gets damaged simply sand down the damaged section and apply one coat.
